When I moved out to Montana from Long Beach California back in 2003, I was really missing good, traditional Mexican food. Fast forward to 2021, when life finally started to slow down, I started looking for a trailer that I could convert into a Food truck. We have had so many amazing supporters over the years that we finally got the opportunity to open up our very own brick and Mortar in May of 2026! Our goal is to share the delicious food that I grew up with as a kid in Tijuana. Sharing food that my mom and grandma taught me how to make. We love serving this Laurel community and being able to bring people together. We thank you all for your support thank hope you enjoy!
